NVIDIA Gives Back
NVIDIA is pushing hard this year to be a charitable company. Today, the senior most VP in my department agressively encouraged us to go to the marketing lunch that was $20, all to go toward a charity or we would (jokingly) recieve a demerit. I was a bit put off, but it was for a good cause, so I really can’t fault the guy. On a much lighter note, I think I’ve finally got the NVIDIA Car Club going. I knew there to be lots of folks at NVIDIA that were into cars (tracking, auto-x, corner carving, and the likes). I’ve got an internal e-mail alias generating some traffic, and have even setup an internal website for peopel to share media from their events (pictures, video, etc). I’m pretty excited about it. Now all I need to do is find a really good picture for the front-page of that site that pulls together Drag Racing, Road Racing, Drifiting, working on cars, and auto-x….. Suggestions?
